The Maya app is a sweet and fun interactive childrens story.
Can you find a small angel hidden on all the pages? If you press her she will giggle.
If you press the scary nursery assistant Monica, she will fart. There are others that also make sounds. Can you find them? Perhaps Mayas dad and the ant can make sounds too?
In the app you can choose to be read to, or read yourself.

Another possibility is to record your own reading. This could be a good solution for parents and grandparents that can´t always be there for bedtime stories.
The story tells of Maya aged 4 that has a rough start to her day. Her awful morning creates a domino effect that makes her day continuously worse. How will it turn out, and will she figure things out with Ada?
There is also a page for adults on how to deal with similar situations that Maya go through.
The story is written by Svava Kristin Thorhallsdottir. The advice for adults are written by Relation-therapist Herdis Palsdottir. The illustrations are by Camilla Løken.
